Research On Influential Factors And Simulation Of Productive Employees’ Unsafe Behaviors

Work safety is the prerequisite for the long-term development of an enterprise,the basis for the safety of people’s lives,and the guarantee for social stability and progress.Although the government and enterprises have been committed to work safety for many years,the safety production situation in China is still very grim.According to a large number of statistical data at home and abroad,employees’ unsafe behavior is the main cause of safety accidents.Therefore,preventing and controlling productive employees’ unsafe behaviors is the most effective way to prevent safety accidents.Further,the occurrence of unsafe behaviors is affected by many factors,and the factors are intricate and complicated.If relationship between the influential factors of productive employees’ unsafe behaviors can be clarified and the effect of influencing factors on unsafe behavior can be confirmed,it has a significant impact on the prevention and control of productive employees’ unsafe behaviors.Based on the above analysis,document analysis,case analysis,and other methods are used to build an index system of productive employees’ unsafe behaviors based on the four levels of individuals,companies,society,and governments.A method of Fuzzy-DEMATEL to be used to analyze the four primary indicators and 22 secondary indicators.And then the degree of influence,the affected degree,the degree of cause,and the degree of centrality of each factor in the system are obtained.Then,the system dynamics method is used to build a simulation model.And the actual data of the investigation is used to carry out simulation analysis.Based on the simulation results,the influence of various factors in the system on productive employees’ unsafe behaviors is determined.Finally,combined with the actual situation of work safety,countermeasures are proposed to prevent and control productive employees’ unsafe behaviors.The study provides a theoretical basis for the effective prevention and control of unsafe behaviors according to the prevention and control strategies of productive employees’ unsafe behaviors,and provides a reference for the enterprises’ work safety.It also has a guiding role in reducing the occurrence of safe accidents.
