| In the production process of chemical enterprises,from raw and auxiliary materials,catalysts,intermediate products to products,most of the materials belong to flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful dangerous chemicals,coupled with high temperature and high pressure equipment and harsh reaction conditions,the accumulated risks put forward higher requirements for the safety production equipment and facilities of chemical enterprises,but in spite of this,the risks cannot be avoided.However,through chemical accident reports and statistical analysis of accident cases,the cause of the accident is concentrated on unsafe behaviors such as illegal operation and misoperation of employees.At present,the intervention of unsafe behaviors of employees in chemical enterprises is still mainly based on experience management and other means.However,the formation of unsafe behaviors of employees in chemical enterprises due to the complexity of equipment and processes is affected by the joint action of various factors.The occurrence of unsafe behaviors cannot be effectively reduced and controlled only by the intervention of unilateral factors.First of all,this paper introduced the concept of unsafe behavior and intervention of second,through the literature research method,using the theory of HFACS A chemical enterprise of the case of accident cause analysis,and according to the theory of accident occurrence of unsafe behavior are discussed in this paper,the preliminary extraction and unsafe behavior influence factor index and using the method of questionnaire to the extraction of the indicators for the empirical analysis,finally filtered,the unsafe behavior influence factor index set.Secondly,to extract and filter after,on the basis of the index system of influencing factors on influencing factors of unsafe behavior index unsafe behavior intervention policy set is put forward,and through the AHP to determine the weight of an intervention strategy,unsafe behavior the premise of not safety regulation and organization influence three aspects,construct a causal relationship between intervention role model and chemical enterprise employees unsafe behavior intervention system dynamic model The system dynamics model of the intervention system was simulated by using system dynamics,and the simulation results were compared with the actual situation of A chemical enterprises to explore the effectiveness of each intervention strategy on the unsafe behavior of employees of A chemical enterprises.Through the establishment of the system dynamics model to analyze the change trend of different intervention measures and intervention intensity to the level of unsafe behavior,so as to provide chemical enterprises with Suggestions and countermeasures from a reasonable intervention intensity and intervention direction,to achieve the purpose of guiding the safe production of chemical enterprises. |
