| In recent years,with the rapid development of information technologies such as BIM technology,Internet of Things technology and network technology,new technologies are rapidly integrating with engineering projects and bringing about tremendous development and change.Since the operation and maintenance management stage of a project accounts for 80%to 90% of the whole life cycle of the project,scientific,intelligent,efficient and convenient operation and maintenance management mode has become an inevitable trend.BIM technology is applied in the operation and maintenance management of sewage treatment plant projects,and the operation and maintenance management is carried out from the visual perspective,so as to reduce the cost of operation and maintenance management and improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance management.In this paper,multiple research methods such as literature analysis,qualitative research method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are comprehensively applied to study the application of BIM technology in operation and maintenance management of Xinxu River sewage treatment plant in Nanning city.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The operation and maintenance management system architecture of sewage treatment plant based on BIM technology is designedThis paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of operation and maintenance management of Xinxu River sewage treatment plant in Nanning city through the study of the operation and maintenance management technology based on BIM technology,studies the necessity of the construction of the operation and maintenance management project of sewage treatment plant based on BIM technology,and designs the operation and maintenance management system architecture of sewage treatment plant based on BIM technology.(2)Evaluate the application effect of sewage treatment plant operation and maintenance management based on BIM technologyThe analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to construct the operation and maintenance effect evaluation system,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to systematically evaluate Xinxu River sewage treatment plant in Nanning city,and the calculation results showed that the effect comprehensive evaluation value of the operation and maintenance management based on BIM technology of the sewage treatment plant was0.8417,which is an obvious effect.From the overall effect analysis,the operation and maintenance management mode of sewage treatment plant based on BIM technology has achieved obvious effects on improving the operation and maintenance management.In manpower cost savings by 40.35%,and in terms of energy saving by 25.8%,demonstrates the sewage treatment plant operations management based on BIM technology has the advantages of lifting efficiency and lowering maintenance cost,demonstrates the feasibility and practicability of this technology,provides a new idea for improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance management,provides a new method for solving the problems existing in traditional operation and maintenance management,and provides experience for similar projects in the future. |
