The rapid development of express service industry brings convenience to people’s life,at the same time,it also leads to the phenomenon that a large number of express packages are discarded at will.Due to the lack of efficient express packaging recycling system,resulting in serious environmental pollution and waste of resources.In order to solve this problem,sensor technology,embedded technology,low-power wide area network technology,cloud computing and artificial intelligence algorithm are combined to develop an express packaging recycling management system based on the Internet of things in this paper,which can carry out intelligent identification and recycling,efficient data communication management and real-time equipment fault diagnosis for express packaging.First of all,it introduces the background and significance of the research on the express packaging recycling management system,combined with the research status of related technical fields at home and abroad,deeply analyzes the problems existing in the express packaging recycling,analyzes the functional requirements of the system,and designs the express packaging recycling management system architecture.According to the design of the system architecture,taking the three systems of express packaging recycling device,device node wireless communication deployment and cloud service management platform as the research object,the software and hardware design of express packaging recycling management system is completed.On this basis,the improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is applied to the optimization field of wireless communication of packaging recycling device.On the premise of avoiding the sudden interruption of communication between sink node and device node,the deployment scheme of wireless communication of device node is proposed with the optimization goal of expanding the coverage area of ad hoc network of key multi device nodes.At the same time,in order to maintain the safe and reliable operation of the system,based on the data set of various state parameters collected and uploaded by the device node,the fault diagnosis model of the recycling device based on ukf-bpnn is established to realize the fault diagnosis and early warning of the outer packaging recycling device of the system.Finally,according to the functional requirements,the performance test methods of the device node function and cloud platform function of the system are proposed,and the final test results are analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the developed express packaging recycling management system can meet the design requirements.Through the combination of Internet of things technology and cloud computing,it can improve the efficiency of express packaging recycling,optimize the data communication path,and introduce the fault diagnosis and early warning function of device nodes to effectively maintain the safety and stability of the operation of all parts of the system.It has certain application value and market potential Scenery.Figure[60]Table[24]reference[58]...
