Study On Environmental Supervision Of Industrial Enterprises In Yinzhou District Of Ningbo City

In recent years,with the continuous enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength,social industry and various fields have made great progress,but one thing that cannot be ignored is that traditional economic development often comes at the expense of ecological environment and does not conform to China’s current stage.Development is achieved.For this reason,China is currently vigorously advocating environmental protection,constantly introducing various environmental protection measures,and achieving effective ecological governance.Especially with the continuous advancement of industrialization,the environmental problems brought about by industrial production are becoming more and more prominent.However,due to market failure,some industrial enterprises with serious pollution but good economic returns have not fulfilled their environmental responsibilities under the protection of local governments.Therefore,as a local government department,it is necessary to intervene in the environmental pollution of industrial enterprises through environmental supervision.Especially in recent years,various places in China have been deeply aware of the importance and urgency of environmental supervision,and have further strengthened the environmental supervision of industrial enterprises.Yizhou District is located in the jurisdiction of Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province,in the south wing of the Yangtze River Delta in China and the eastern coast of Zhejiang Province.The industrial economy is one of the two rounds of the “two-wheel drive” strategy of the Yinzhou District Government and an important means to promote the sustainable development of the region’s economy.Along with the intensification of the urbanization process in Yinzhou District,the number and scale of industrial enterprises have also developed significantly.At the same time,it has further aggravated the difficulty for government departments to regulate the environmental protection of industrial enterprises in Yinzhou District.Taking industrial enterprises in Yinzhou District,Ningbo City as an example,this paper uses field survey method,literature review method,case analysis method,etc.,summarizes the core concepts and basic theories of industrial enterprise environmental supervision,and analyzes the industrial enterprise environment in Yinzhou District.The status quo of pollution and environmental supervision,summed up the problems of environmental supervision of industrial enterprises in Yinzhou District.The main pollutants have not been significantly reduced,the phenomenon of illegal emissions evading supervision still exists,and the environmental satisfaction of the people needs to be improved.The main reasons leading to these problems The environmental protection responsibilities of industrial enterprises are not strictly implemented,the environmental supervision system of industrial enterprises is not complete,and the participation of social forces is insufficient.In this regard,the conditions for strengthening the environmental protection responsibilities of industrial enterprises,improving the environmental supervision system of industrial enterprises,and creating social forces to participate in environmental supervision etc.The countermeasures hope to provide guidance for Yinzhou District of Ningbo City to solve the problem of environmental supervision of industrial enterprises.
