Study On Environmental Supervision And Law Enforcement Of "Low-small" Enterprises In Liandu District Of Lishui

With the rapid development of China's economy,environmental issues have become increasingly prominent.As a typical negative externality problem,environmental pollution has been mentioned in an unprecedented height in the new economic era.If effective measures are not taken to prevent further deterioration of the ecological environment,environmental problems will likely restrict the sustained,rapid and healthy development of our economy.Lishui Liandu district is a Provincial Ecological Zone,and the public satisfaction of ecological environment quality ranks first in Zhejiang Province.Liandu District is committed to finding a balance between environmental protection and economic development,and creating a living model that implements the “two mountains” concept.The industrial and economic structure of Liandu District is simple.There are two industrial parks,two state-controlled key enterprises,four provincial-controlled key enterprises,more than 10,000 registered enterprises and more than 30,000 individual business households.The main environmental improvement in Liandu District tends to be "low-small" enterprises.This paper takes the "low-small" enterprises in Liandu District of Lishui City,Zhejiang Province as the research object,combines the interests of all parties concerned and the experience of the author's environmental law enforcement work,and analyzes the current situation of local environmental protection departments,and analyzes the "low-small" enterprises.The existing environmental problems,and the analysis of the difficulties encountered by the Liandu District Environmental Monitoring Brigade in the enforcement of the “low-small” enterprises in the jurisdiction,and finally put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions based on the theoretical knowledge of public management to ensure the grassroots environment.Enforcement in place can effectively improve the status quo of environmental law enforcement for “low and small” enterprises.
