The party’s report to the 20th national congress further clarifies the strategic path of "Promoting the construction of a beautiful China" in the new era,and stresses the need to continue to firmly establish and practice the concept that green waters and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver,we will intensify efforts to prevent and control environmental pollution. In recent years, with the improvement of information technology manufacturing level and the change of public consumption concept and behavior, the amount of e-waste is increasing year by year. There are many precious metals in e-waste which can be recycled, but improper disposal of them will harm the ecosystem and human health. At present, the pollution and treatment of electronic waste treatment industry often become the focus of public opinion. In order to realize the industrial transformation and upgrading, some regions try out the "Circle management"in the e-waste treatment industry, and gradually form a good industrial pattern with the coordinated development of ecological, economic and social benefits. However, with the development of e-waste industry park,it has exposed many problems in the operation and environmental supervision, such as the lack of supervision responsibility, the risk of hazardous waste management. How to properly solve the problems of environmental supervision in e-waste industrial park is of great significance to strengthen regional eco-environmental construction and achieve high-quality development of regional economy.Based on the perspective of sustainable development, this paper takes the e-waste treatment industrial park G in X City(hereinafter referred to as G Park),which is plagued by e-waste pollution,as the research object, based on the research background of environmental supervision of e-waste treatment industrial park, the concepts of e-waste,industrial park and environmental supervision were defined, based on the theories of circular economy, government regulation and sustainable development, this paper analyzes the environmental supervision mode and its effect in G Park of X City, and makes use of the methods of questionnaire and interview, etc.,from four aspects of environmental supervision ability, supervision team construction, solid waste and project management system, and the implementation effect of supervision measures, this paper analyzes the main obstacles and the root causes of the problems encountered in environmental supervision in G Park of X City, including the lack of construction funds, the lack of professional personnel, hazardous waste and project management loopholes, backward business model and other factors. At the same time, the analysis draws on the circular economy industrial park model of earlier developed countries such as the Danish Kallenburg circular industrial park and the Japanese Kita-kyūshūecological circular industrial park, and the environmental regulatory practices of the Taizhou Jiangyin Linhai Chemical Industry Park, which is a representative recycling industrial park in China, put forward the optimization strategy which suits the development reality of G Park of X City,it includes strengthening the ability of environmental governance and monitoring, improving the role of internal and external supervision and management, improving the ability of hazardous waste and project management, and improving the environmental awareness and ability of enterprises. In order to further promote the practice of e-waste treatment industry transformation in X city and improve the effect of environmental remediation,it has important reference value. At the same time,it provides experience for other e-waste treatment industrial parks and Eco-industrial park zones in China to optimize their environmental regulation systems and promote efficiency improvement.
