| With the development of Chinese economy and society and the improvement of living standards,people have increasingly strong demands for food safety.At the same time,as food supplies become more abundant,various food safety issues are emerging in endlessly.Every food safety incident stirs the sensitive nerves of the entire society.Food safety supervision has become the focus of the work of local governments.As a unique market entity in China,individual industrial and commercial households play an extremely important role in all aspects of food production and operation,and directly affect the level of food safety.Individual food operators have many characteristics and problems,but their supervision work is often overlooked.Under a unified food safety policy,regulation and supervision system,the supervision of individual food operations lacks targeted and effective measures,which has increasingly become a bottleneck for the improvement of food safety.District D of City C is an extremely developed area for food sales and catering services.The food safety supervision of individual industrial and commercial households is particularly important,but at the same time,there are also outstanding problems.This study reviewed and sorted out relevant documents,including individual food safety supervision related laws and regulations,policy documents,and district D supervision data,etc.,and conducted surveys and interviews with three groups of supervisors,operators and consumers.Based on documentary data and survey interviews,it is believed that the food safety supervision of individual industrial and commercial households in District D still has problems such as widespread unlicensed and unlicensed food safety,obvious hidden dangers in raw materials and processing,insufficient pertinence and effectiveness of administrative penalties,and insufficient public recognition.Through analysis,it is believed that the main reasons for the above problems are the lack of pertinence of the current policies,regulations and supervision system,the low quality of individual food operators,the loopholes in the supervision system,and the insufficient coordination and participation of the entire society.Through the investigation and analysis of the problems in the food safety supervision of individual industrial and commercial households in District D of City C,four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.One is to adjust the regulatory laws and policies,the second is to optimize the supervision work system,the third is to improve the competence of personnel,and the fourth is Promote the co-governance of food safety and society.Improve the overall level of food safety by implementing targeted supervision measures for individual food operators. |
