Research On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Ecological Poverty Alleviation In X County

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the number of rural poor has been reduced by more than 90 million.By the end of 2019,the number of rural poor had decreased from98.99 million at the end of 2012 to 5.51 million,and the incidence of poverty had dropped from 10.2 percent in 2012 to 0.6 percent.Especially for 2020,the fight against poverty has reached a crucial stage of decisive victory and complete closure.The remaining 5% of the poor population will be lifted out of poverty,and the problem of absolute poverty that has plagued the Chinese nation for thousands of years will be solved historically.From a theoretical perspective,this paper takes "Implementation of ecological poverty alleviation in X County" as the object of study,summarizes the experience of ecological poverty alleviation in X County,and provides solutions and solutions for the implementation of poverty alleviation.While protecting the environment,the poor population can be lifted out of poverty successfully and the level of social development can be improved.It is of great theoretical significance to the development of poverty alleviation.From a practical point of view,under the targeted poverty alleviation ideology of the Central government and the State Council,X County actively explored the ecological poverty alleviation path and made great achievements,contributing to the local poverty alleviation cause.Investment and construction in ecological poverty alleviation projects play a positive role in the whole poverty alleviation work.Ecological poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable results,and ecological projects are sustainable.It is of certain reference value for X County to implement ecological poverty alleviation and of great significance for X County to realize sustainable development.This paper firstly introduces the background,significance,method and purpose of the paper,and summarizes relevant research reports at home and abroad.The related concepts are defined,the related concepts and contents of ecological poverty alleviation are introduced in detail,and the theories used in this paper are introduced.Based on the investigation points of the research,relevant introduction is made,and the overall situation is analyzed,including the current situation of ecological poverty alleviation,the main measures of ecological poverty alleviation in X County,the achievements of ecological poverty alleviation,the existing problems and causes of ecological poverty alleviation.Finally,relevant Suggestions are proposed based on the problems.In view of the existing problems,the author thinks that government guidance and support should be strengthened.Strengthening the supervision capacity of the multiple subjects of ecological poverty alleviation;Improve the risk sharing mechanism among multiple subjects;Strengthening the information liaison mechanism between multiple subjects;The coupling degree between the participants in ecological poverty alleviation should be improved.
