Research On The Construction Of Rural Ecological Civilization In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the construction of China’s rural ecological civilization has also entered a new development period.Especially,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the rural revitalization strategic plan,under the guidance of national policies,local governments have steadily promoted the construction of ecological civilization and carried out joint efforts.At present,these efforts have achieved positive results in enhancing villagers’ awareness of ecological and environmental protection,improving village living environment,and establishing ecological civilization mechanisms,to a large extent,significant progress has been made in the construction of rural ecological civilization.However,what should not be ignored is that there are still many problems in the construction of rural ecological civilization,which are prominently manifested in the lack of sustainable development momentum for rural ecological civilization construction caused by imperfect system and mechanism construction.This has become a weak spot in China’s five-sphere integrated plan and a social problem that needs to be solved urgently in the process of reaching the two centenary goals.With the in-depth advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,new changes have taken place in the current rural ecological civilization construction environment,which has created favorable conditions for fundamentally solving the predicament of this country’s rural ecological civilization construction.Therefore,based on the background of the new era,a systematic and in-depth analysis of the status quo and difficulties faced by country’s rural ecological civilization construction has strong theoretical innovation and practical reference value for optimizing rural ecological civilization construction.In order to advance the research from both theoretical and empirical aspects,this article adopts literature analysis method,case analysis method and interview method.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,combing with the current condition of rural ecological civilization construction,this article determines the research theme and framework,and compared the connotation and focus of rural ecological civilization construction in different historical stages,and then proposed a connotation system of rural ecological civilization construction in new era.Through surveys and in-depth interviews in four typical villages in Q county,this article summarizes the results of rural ecological civilization construction and the problems.Including that the village’s willingness is not high,ecological security construction is facing challenges,work methods are inappropriate,and the legalization construction need to be strengthened.This article also analyzes the causes from four dimensions:the concept of ecological civilization construction,the development of ecological economy transformation,the governance capacity of local organizations,and the ecological civilization construction system.Finally,this article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
