Since the opening of Beijing Tianjin Intercity Railway in 2008,China’s high-speed railway has gone through more than ten years of operation.In the past ten years,although the safety situation of China’s high-speed railway has been basically stable,and the high-speed railway traffic accidents have been effectively controlled,the high-level accident risks still exist,and many hidden dangers cannot be ignored.Safety assessment is a key link and effective method in safety production management,and it can also become an important means to ensure the safe operation of high-speed railway.At present,the accident analysis method and safety assessment method widely used in railway mostly follow the mode of ordinary railway,lacking of quantitative accurate assessment and analysis means,it is more and more difficult to adapt to the increasingly complex and large-scale operation situation of high-speed railway in China,and its scientificity,accuracy and effectiveness are also difficult to guarantee.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out systematic and in-depth research on the safety assessment of high-speed railway operation.In this paper,from the high-speed railway operation safety regular pattern analysis,accident cause analysis,evaluation method,workflow and other aspects of research,the specific content is as follows:(1)Research and analyze the safety status of China’s high-speed railway operation in the past decade,and carry out the collection and collation of high-speed railway operation safety data.On this basis,the safety system theory and methodology are used to preliminarily analyze the safety regular pattern of high-speed railway operation,and the visualization is carried out,so as to grasp the overall characteristics of accidents that occurred in the process of high-speed railway operation.(2)Based on the theory and method of data mining,this paper establishes the association rules mining model of the causes of high-speed railway operation safety accidents,carries out the research on the mechanism of accident causes,reveals the complex association and essential regular pattern between accident causes,and makes an example analysis and verification with the relevant data information of a high-speed railway line during ten years of operation.(3)Based on the theory and method of safety system engineering,the quantitative method of high-speed railway operation safety evaluation is studied.By introducing the concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy set,interactive group evaluation,triangular whitening weight function and other multi-index comprehensive evaluation,this paper establishes a high-speed railway safety combination evaluation model,and then takes the external environment of high-speed railway as the analysis and evaluation object,carries out simulation analysis and evaluation,and verifies the effectiveness of the model.(4)Research on the work flow of high-speed railway operation safety assessment.The work scope,main content,work flow,evaluation organization mode,available basis and standard of safety assessment of high-speed railway operation status are proposed.The methods and models of safety assessment proposed in this paper can help to guide the safety management of high-speed railway operation,provide technical support for the establishment of double prevention mechanism of safety risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and governance in the field of high-speed railway in China,and more effectively carry out high-level accident prevention.
