With the rapid development of mechanical enterprises in recent years,the safety accidents caused by machinery frequently occur.The possibility of risk of machinery industry is higher and the consequences are serious.Therefore,how to reduce the number of mechanical accident,ensure workers safety and equipment in good condition,has become the concern of the people.So it is very important to analyze and study this feature and difficulties of the mechanical industry and to put forward a reasonable and effective safety evaluation model.In this paper,the safety evaluation and the system and related factors are predicted by the method of the Accident causation theory.It also conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis of the risk factors that may cause accidents in production equipment,tools,labor safety and operating environment,technical management,basic information management,and safety management.A safety evaluation model applicable to the machinery industry has been established.It is applied to a certain machinery industry.And it can help put forward the necessary safety control measures to achieve the purpose of accident prevention and early control.Firstly,the analysis and conclusion are summarized and analyzed by way of the research and application of safety evaluation techniques at home and abroad,and the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods of mechanical enterprise safety evaluation are summarized and analyzed.Then the Accident causation theory has been introduced and use it to analyze the mechanism of accident injury caused by high frequency and great risk of the mechanical enterprise.The writer describes several methods of safety evaluation,which are often used in foreign and domestic,to analyze the applicable range of each method,and to prepare for the following.Secondly,according to the characteristics and dangers of the mechanical enterprise,five methods are selected from the above evaluation methods: PHA,LEC,HAZOP,FTA and RM.Respectively the five kinds of methods applied to the most appropriate evaluation unit,the qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out on the dangerous and harmful factors,determine the direct and potential factors.Mechanical industry special equipment more than any other industry,therefore this paper proposes a combination of two methods of evaluation methods,evaluation by the special equipment.The above methods are arranged in order to construct the safety evaluation model.Finally,the above mentioned safety evaluation model is applied to a certain machinery enterprise.The evaluation unit is divided,and the steps of evaluation model and the steps of each evaluation method are evaluated.The conclusion is: Iron core lamination production line,stator production line and rotor production line belong to greater danger,The operation and maintenance of the injection machine needs to be regulated and in place,Boiler and motor vehicles are a potential hazard,and need to be taken seriously.Production and operation should be required in process equipment.Training and inspection should be strengthened in management.
