The Study On Production Safety Accident Causation Model And Pests Occurrence Rule In Shang Dong Mining And Trading Enterprise

Based on the thirteen years’(2000-2012)production safety accident statistic data of the mining and trading industry and field in shandong province,and according to the methods of time series prediction and judgment, this paper creates a prediction model of production safety accident,which has high precision and accuracy in the area.On the basis of the characteristics of time distribution, failure mode and areal distribution to analysis the corresponding production safety accidents data. In addition, combined with the principle of safety science, with the four aspects:personnel, machinery,equipment, environment and management measures to analyze the influence factors of mining and trading enterprise production safety accident in shandong province,and according to the existing theory and the accident cause analysis methods to put forward a complete accident cause theory and law theory system, then come up with targeted accident prevention measures.The purpose is to reduce the possibility and security of accidents in Shan dong mining and trading enterprises, pushing and promoting accident prevention and safety work.
