Research On The Status Quo Of Rural Development In Beijing’s Ecological Conservation Area

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,our country has been building an ecological civilization step by step based on the Marxist ecological view,combined with the actual conditions of China’s national conditions.However,in the early stage of construction,our country’s economic and ecological benefits were not well balanced.There was a situation where only economic benefits were emphasized and ecological benefits were ignored.Therefore,our country’s ecological environment was also affected to a certain extent.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,our country has incorporated the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of the "five-in-one" construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and has written "ecological civilization" into the Constitution;after the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping was formed.Ecological civilization thought:With the development and construction of the country,our country has entered a new development stage of the"14th Five-Year Plan" construction.According to our country’s current ecological environment problems,specific goals and requirements have been put forward.Under the guidance of the construction of national ecological civilization,Beijing has formulated the "Beijing City Master Plan(2016-2035)" to develop the Beijing Ecological Conservation Zone.This paper studies the theories and policies of ecological construction at home and abroad,and analyzes the practical cases of rural ecological environmental protection construction,and puts forward the significance of the research on the current situation of rural development in the ecological conservation area of Beijing Pinggu District.At the same time,through field visits and investigations to the ecological conservation area of Pinggu District,Beijing,we can understand the extent to which the villagers in the ecological conservation area understand the construction of the ecological conservation area;understand the importance,awareness and practice of the villagers to ecological environmental protection;Understand the problems existing in the current situation of rural development in ecological conservation areas,and conduct multi-dimensional and multi-angle analysis of its influencing factors.Combining relevant policy documents of the state and Beijing to put forward sustainable development suggestions for the ecological conservation area of Pinggu District,Beijing.These include building an ecological government and fulfilling necessary responsibilities;increasing law enforcement and providing legal guarantees;improving rural infrastructure construction and providing a good living environment and other safeguarding suggestions.At the same time,it also puts forward suggestions for sustainable development:strengthening the cooperative construction of scientific research institutes,universities and ecological conservation areas;enhancing the awareness of ecological protection of villagers in ecological conservation areas;actively establishing the concept of ecological civilization,etc.So as to better provide a theoretical basis for the construction of Beijing’s ecological conservation area and the revitalization of beautiful villages,and also provide practical cases for the construction of ecological civilization and rural revitalization in our country.
