| Nowadays,irreversible climate change and widespread environmental pollution are eroding our lives at an alarming rate.The environmental problems caused by the extensive production and management mode of enterprises are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,people from all walks of life are paying increasing attention to the construction of ecological civilization.The United Nations also called on all enterprises to change the extensive mode of production,operation and management,and actively deal with the challenges of sustainable development.The report of the 19th CPC National Congress also made clear that enterprises play a key role in the national environmental protection war,and enterprises shoulder the major responsibility of controlling environmental pollution and solving environmental problems.The behavior of employees in an enterprise plays a key role in the realization of green development of the enterprise.Good human resource management can mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to participate,thus affecting the development of the organization.Therefore,green human resource management has become a major topic of concern to researchers and enterprise managers at present.Starting from green human resource management,this paper explores the relationship between green human resource management and employee proactive green behavior and explores the mediating role of emotional commitment in the relationship between green human resource management and employee proactive green behavior.Based on literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward research hypotheses.Active green human resources management and employee behavior,the relationship between the combination of enterprise staff job attributes,joined the emotional commitment as intermediary variables,the affective commitment for the hub,as building green human resources management influence on employees’ active green behavior mechanism,explore green human resources management is how to motivate the staff’s emotional commitment,how to influence employees’ active green behavior,and emotional commitment how to transfer the role of the green human resources management to the staff active green behavior.In this paper,Company A is taken as the main object of investigation and based on the existing mature scales at home and abroad,questionnaires are prepared to collect data.Through SPSS24.0 statistical analysis tools,and the collected data are descriptive statistical analysis,the reliability and validity test,correlation analysis and regression analysis,investigates the green human resources management,emotional commitment and active behavior,the relationship between the green examine the emotional commitment to green human resources management and the intermediary role between active green behavior.Study the following conclusions: green human resources management has a significant positive effect on employees’ active green behavior,green human resources management has a significant positive effect on employee commitment to an emotional ascension,emotional commitment has a significant positive effect on employees’ active green behavior,emotional commitment in the active green human resources management and employee behavior plays a role of intermediary between.This paper discusses the current organizational behavior of green human resource management and reveals the mechanism of green human resource management on employee proactive green behavior.It provides a new perspective for the related theories of green human resource management,which is pioneering to some extent.The conclusions drawn from the empirical research in this paper have some inspiration for the green management of enterprises,provide a reference for the further study of the theory,and have a certain practical guiding significance for the green development of enterprises. |
