At present,prefabricated buildings are vigorously promoted in China.With the increasing proportion of prefabricated buildings in the market,many problems in the construction process have also been exposed.The construction safety of prefabricated buildings has become one of topics that must be studied in depth.The way to promote prefabricated buildings quickly and effectively has become the focus of attention in modern society.However,most of the current control of construction safety risks stays in the construction phase.In engineering practice,the construction safety risk is rarely considered at the design stage.Targeted safety protection design is carried out,resulting in inadequate control of construction safety problems and frequent construction safety accidents occur.In this context,this article aims at the assembly-type concrete building with the highest proportion of promotion in the society,and faces the process of prefabricated building design.It explores the possibility and method of evading the safety risks of prefabricated building construction during the design phase.First of all,this article compares the construction process of prefabricated buildings and traditional cast-in-place buildings and expands the design and construction process of prefabricated buildings.Compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,the preparatory design process considers specific design schemes.The prefabricated building construction process takes into account prefabricated component factory production and logistics transportation links.Combined with the design-manufacturing-assembly relationship of manufacturing products and the DFX design concept widely used in the manufacturing industry,the relevance of prefabricated architectural design-construction and DFX is discussed,especially the application of DFS in prefabricated buildings.Secondly,through the review of literature data,this paper summarizes the safety risk source list for prefabricated building construction.Based on this,it collects data through questionnaires and uses the structural equation model to analyze the key influencing factors of the risk sources in the list.The risk of greater impact at each stage of prefabricated building construction and the greater impact on the overall construction process.Thirdly,this paper constructs a safe design pattern for prefabricated building construction.Guides for safety design control measures for prefabricated building construction are compiled by document identification method.The risk database is constructed by integrating the contents of the checklists and guides,and the key to the database is achieved through SQL statements.One-click query of information.Finally,combined with BIM technology,this paper uses temporary support as an example.In the Navisworks software,the component model is associated with database information,and the database information is automatically displayed in the BIM model.Based on Revit software,the second development of the Visual Studio 2017 platform using C# statements,completed the program design for the designer’s security design toolbox,can automatically set the parameters of the rings,spreaders and temporary support in Revit,and combine two in a small simulation scenario,the use of the Safety Design Toolbox explores the implementation of prefabricated construction safety design.This paper has theoretical and practical value in the research of safety design and prefabricated construction safety.In the aspect of safety design theory,this paper combines the features of prefabricated buildings to extend the traditional design concept,including the special program design,and the assembly.Based on BIM technology,a security design toolbox for designers is developed based on BIM technology,and the practical process of safety design is explored.In terms of safety management of prefabricated building construction,this paper compiles construction safety risk source list and construction safety design control measures.The guideline has a strong practical significance for the safety management of prefabricated building construction.
