Unsafe behavior is the main factor leading to construction safety accidents.Behaviorbased safety(BBS)is an effective way to manage construction safety through workers’ behavior.However,management methods based on BBS seldom focused on the global and dynamic risk changes and indicators which affect risks at the construction site.Those management methods were difficult to improve the construction safety measure plan.Also,those management methods didn’t integrate multiple safety elements,resulting in low management efficiency.With the development and application of information technology,knowledge graph and building information modelling(BIM)have shown good performance in knowledge reuse,information integration and visualization,respectively.Combined with BBS,knowledge graph and BIM can use relevant domain knowledge to improve safety measure plan,and use integrated information models to improve management efficiency.Therefore,based on BBS,this study establishes a construction safety management method by integrating knowledge graph and BIM.The main work of this study are as follows:(1)An analysis of construction safety risk and tracking of indicators method based on BBS is proposed.First,according to the actual situation of the project,a behavior indicator system is proposed also as the basis for obtaining worker BBS data.Then combined with the characteristics of BBS data,a risk analysis method based on grey clustering model is proposed to analyze global risk level of construction site in real time.Furthermore,the gray relational analysis model is used to track the key behavior indicators that affect risk changes according to the risk level.(2)A safety risk analysis and hazardous location identification method based on knowledge graph is proposed.First,an ontology is established by sorting out the knowledge elements of construction safety accidents.Then,the knowledge graph of construction safety accidents is constructed after restructuring related accident reports according to the ontology.After that,Safety accident data extracted from knowledge graph is used to improve the risk analysis method based on grey clustering model.Also,the path reasoning algorithm is formed to directly identify the relevant hazardous location corresponding to the construction behavior indicators through knowledge graph.(3)A BIM-based visualization method of hazardous location is proposed.On the basis of sorting out the codes and standards related to hazardous locations,the normative items in natural language are converted into machine-readable logical judgment rules;Through secondary development,the BIM model is combined with logical judgment rules to realize automatic search,judge and visualize hazardous locations.The project case results show that: compared with previous methods,construction safety risk analysis and hazardous location identification method based on BBS and improved through knowledge graph can further reflect the risk characteristics of the project and area.Combined with BIM,the method can effectively improve the construction safety measure plan and management efficiency.
