Study On Classification Of Urban Community Garbage

With the rapid economic development,the problem of garbage in urban communities in our country has become more and more serious,which has caused a very large impact on the living environment of residents and the ecological environment of the city.Since 2000,various management policies of urban community waste classification are implemented in many places in China,however,from the perspective of overall effect,the reality of urban community domestic waste classification in China is not objective,especially there are still many outstanding problems in public participation,system supporting,government supervision and so on.Garbage sorting can reduce the threat of garbage,and garbage recycling can reduce the burden of the city.Therefore,the implementation of garbage sorting is conducive to solving people’s living environment problems from the grass-roots level,promoting the evolution of China’s good ecological environment,and laying a solid foundation for the construction of a better living environment for the people.This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant literature of urban community garbage classification,expounds the research background and significance of urban community domestic garbage classification,defines the concept of urban community and garbage classification,and establishes the theoretical research basis based on the multi center governance theory and external theory,combined with the research methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,Based on the current situation and achievements of community domestic waste classification in Dongying District,it is found that there are still some problems in community domestic waste classification in Dongying District,such as insufficient coverage,low coverage rate,insufficient facilities,imperfect system and low residents’ participation.Based on the analysis of the reasons and the successful experience at home and abroad,four kinds of measures are put forward,including vigorously publicizing,deepening the residents’ awareness of knowledge,adjusting measures to local conditions,setting detailed rules,rewards and punishments,improving participation,paying attention to infrastructure construction,making up for shortcomings,strengthening the construction of laws,collaborative operation mechanism,supervision and assessment mechanism,and fund guarantee,In order to achieve the steady progress of domestic waste classification of urban community residents in China,and improve the ecological environment of our country,we hope to provide some reference for the introduction of the corresponding policies and rules of garbage classification of urban community residents in China.
