| With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process, the development of highway construction in our country is becoming increasingly rapid. The rapid development of highway traffic has not only promoted our country’s economic development, but has also brought about many ecological and environmental damage problems.Under the guidance of the country’s governance strategy of "adhering to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature",the highway industry is striving to develop green highway construction.Eco-environmental protection is the primary goal of green highway construction. Therefore, the analysis and evaluation of the impact of the highway’s ecological environment has become a significant aspect that must be considered in the green highway construction project.Due to extremely low temperature and complex frozen soil environment, the ecological environment in cold regions such as Heilongjiang Province is very vulnerable. The construction of green highways in cold regions disturbs and destroys the frozen soil environment, causing continuous freeze-thaw cycles of frozen soil, resulting in changes in physical and chemical properties of soil and deterioration of the environment where vegetation are survive, aggravating soil erosion furtherly and degrading surface vegetation. The particularly sensitive ecological environment in cold areas has caused difficulties in the construction of green highway in cold areas, and diseases and problems of green highway such as slope and roadbed instability, frost heave, thawing settlement and road boiling have occurred. The construction of green highways is currently under vigorous development. The environmental protection of green highways is extremely important to the sustainable development of green highways. Therefore,it is necessary to study the special ecological environment of Heilongjiang Province, identify key ecological factors, and establish the evaluation index system of regional ecological environment impact of green highways construction in Heilongjiang Province, which providing reference for the ecological environmental protection of green highways in Heilongjiang Province and other cold-frozen soil regions in our country. This paper takes the representative of the typical cold region—green highway in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, innovatively proposes to take the frozen soil environment as an important aspect of the ecological environment evaluation in the cold region, starts from the construction stage where the highway construction has the deepest impact on the ecological environment, and establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for the ecological environment impact of the green highway construction in Heilongjiang Province. The specific research process is as follows:First,it summarizes the characteristics of the regional ecological environment and the development of green highways in Heilongjiang Province, and clarifies the mechanism of the impact of the green road construction in Heilongjiang Province on the ecological environment of the road area.Secondly, through several methods such as literature review and field investigation, this paper establishes the ecological environment impact assessment index system of the green highway construction in Heilongjiang Province. Then it determines the weight of the evaluation index system through the combined weighting method, establishes the ecological environment impact evaluation model of the green highway construction in Heilongjiang Province based on "technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution",defines the original ecological condition before the construction of the green highway as the ideal solutihrougon.Th the Euclidean Distance between the index value of each layer and the ideal solution,it calculates the relative closeness of each index to quantify the impact of green highway construction on the ecological environment. Finally,it takes Hu-Shi Green Highway as an example to carry out a case evaluation, and analyzes the evaluation results, and puts forward specific green highway ecological environmental protection and restoration measures. |
