Abstract/Summary:
With the development of society,the state attaches great importance to environmental protection is increasing day by day.The main cause of environmental pollution in our country is the large-scale use of fossil fuels.Primary energy sources such as fossil fuels are all non-renewable.Long-term large-scale use will not only cause serious environmental pollution,but also deplete resources.Nuclear power is a new type of low-carbon,high-efficiency and clean energy.The development of nuclear power can not only adjust the energy structure and improve environmental quality,but also ensure national energy security,improve the level of equipment manufacturing,and promote technological progress.Due to the high temperature of nuclear power reactor cores,circulating water is required for cooling.Many coastal provinces in my country,such as Liaoning,Shandong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Guangdong,and Guangxi,attach great importance to nuclear power construction.Many nuclear power projects are rapidly introducing and Under construction.However,as a large-scale nuclear power project,if a fire occurs,it will cause immeasurable losses.It is a focus and a difficulty in fire risk management.The research on project risk management in our country starts later than foreign countries and has a weak foundation.Existing research is mainly carried out for general projects.There are relatively few researches on fire risk management of nuclear power projects,and there is almost no research on fire risk management during nuclear power construction and installation.As an important part of nuclear power construction,the construction and installation phase of nuclear power projects has the characteristics of high personnel mobility,high operational complexity,and long construction period,which pose huge challenges to fire safety.Due to the particularity of nuclear power projects,how to use scientific and effective methods to identify and control fire risks and establish a complete fire risk management system on the construction and installation phase of nuclear power has important theoretical value and practical significance.This thesis takes the A nuclear power project in the construction and installation stage as the main research object.First,it summarizes the related theories of project risk management,and then,analyzes the main fire safety issues in the nuclear power project construction process,and next,using risk management related knowledge and methods,and according to the actual nuclear power project A.The fire risk factors were identified by a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,and a series of countermeasures were formulated based on the risk factors to further improve the fire risk management system on the construction and installation phase of nuclear power project A and reduce the probability of fire accidents,which enables the nuclear power project A to proceed safely and smoothly.This fire risk management system can reduce the hidden dangers of fire risks effectively,avoid or reduce the losses caused by fire,and improve the construction level.
