In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization level,the number of civil buildings in China is more,and more,and more and more fire accidents have occurred.It has caused serious economic loss and social impact.Building fire prevention and control has gradually become a hot research topic in the fire fighting industry.However,the current research on building fire prevention and control mainly focuses on the research and development of advanced fire fighting equipment,and the research on building fire safety management is less.Therefore,this paper focuses on the risk factor evaluation and analysis of the necessary fire protection system of urban civil buildings,which has important practical significance and scientific research value.To ensure the normal operation of fire fighting equipment in urban civil buildings,this paper selects the necessary fire fighting systems in urban civil buildings:indoor hydrant system,automatic fire alarm system,wet automatic alarm system,smoke exhandaust system as the research object According to the various factors affecting the normal operation of fire the control system,using the method of accident tree analysis,minimum cut sets of each fire control system fault,the calculation of fire protection system structure important degree,and according to the city civil construction accident tree diagram,determine the evaluation index of the fire control system,the important degree of utilization structure important degree,eliminate the expert scoring in the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to weight evaluation,Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk factors of fire fighting equipment in urban civil buildings and standardize the work behavior of fire fighting management personnel in buildings.The comprehensive results show that the greatest risk to the normal operation of the necessary fire control system of urban civil buildings is caused by routine supervision and inspection.First of all,the key to reducing the risk of each system is daily inspection.Secondly,attention should be paid to the quality of fire safety personnel in urban civil buildings to ensure the quality of fire control supervision and inspection of urban civil buildings.Finally,the civil building in the city’s daily supervision and inspection in the process of building fire protection management should first check the indoor fire hydrant system components are in good condition,secondly inck the operation condition of automattheic fire alarm system,and finally check in smoke control and extraction system and wet sprinkler system,should focus on smoke control system of fan and wet sprinkler spray pump,Ensure the normal operation of smoke control and exhaust system and wet sprinkler system.In addition,the research results of this paper are also verified in Z Property Management Company and are planned to be promoted,which has achieved the improvement of the reliability of the enterprise fire system.
