| To strictly control the discharge of pollutants,strengthen environmental protection and ecological civilization construction,SP company has renovated and expanded its subordinate acetic acid,methanol and sewage treatment units.On the one hand,it can achieve the effect of recycling raw gas,effectively recycling resources,increasing production capacity and reducing energy consumption at the same time.On the other hand,the waste gas and waste water can be treated in depth to reduce pollutant emissions,so as to achieve both energy conservation and emission reduction.In 2017,the company decided to carry out desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal transformation on the tail gas of three 240 t / h(3×240t/h)coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boilers,and established the desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal for the exhaust of 3×240t/h coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boiler projectThrough the analysis of the safety management status and accident cases of the existing projects,it is found that at present,there are many problems in the safety management of the chemical projects in the group company,such as inadequate safety education and training,lax implementation of ticket handling system,inadequate cross operation management and low compliance of the operators.It is also considered that the current safety management deficiencies are caused by the imperfection of the project safety management system,the low safety quality of personnel,and the unscientific construction organization design and scheme.Combined with the problems of safety and progress restriction,quality safety non-standard and safety management passivity exposed in the construction of dust removal transformation project,from the point of view of accident causes,it is considered that production process requirements,complex construction conditions,and "unsafe psychology of people,unsafe state of materials and machinery,perfection of rules and regulations,and harsh environment" are the most important factors affecting the construction safety management of chemical projects.Therefore,in order to improve the follow-up safety management level of thedust removal reconstruction project,the safety education and training content,safety and civilized construction management system,construction organization design and scheme and emergency rescue plan are improved.Finally,in the face of the development needs of the industry and the problems exposed in the current chemical project safety management of Thorpe group,the concept of building a dual prevention system of project safety management is proposed.Focus on risk level management and control and hidden danger investigation and control,and make efforts to achieve risk management and control and automatic early warning by means of information technology. |
