Research And Application Of The Double Prevention System Model In Chemical Enterprises

Due to its own characteristics,chemical companies are very different from companies engaged in other industries.Their production and operation are very dangerous and there are potential safety hazards.Once the risk management work fails to achieve the expected goals,accidents are likely to occur.It will bring casualties and property losses to chemical enterprises,and even cause social security problems.A reasonable double prevention system is an important means and method to prevent accidents,and its smooth operation helps to realize the intrinsic safety of enterprises.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the risks and hidden dangers existing in the production of chemical enterprises,and to operate a dual prevention system,that is,to carry out risk classification management and control and hidden danger investigation and management.At present,although some chemical enterprises have carried out the work of risk classification management and control and hidden danger investigation and management,the overall work is not systematic and in place,the promotion efforts are not strong,and an effective dual prevention system operation mode has not been formed.Therefore,it is necessary to build a systematic dual prevention system mode for chemical enterprises,and promote the operation of this mode in chemical enterprises.Therefore,the main research in this paper is as follows:(1)On the basis of expounding the basic theory of dual prevention system,combined with the actual situation of chemical enterprises,applying prevention principle,Heinrich’s law,humanistic concept,accident cause theory,PDCA cycle theory,and constructing a dual prevention system model for chemical enterprises.(2)The selection of risk assessment methods for chemical enterprises,the management and acceptance of hidden dangers,and the application of continuous improvement are carried out in-depth research on some specific problems in the operation of these models.Combine the construction of a dual prevention system with emergency rescue of accidents,and jointly build multiple lines of defense to effectively control risks before the event,manage hidden dangers,and respond to accidents after the event.(3)Select N company,use the model constructed in this paper to conduct research and analysis on it,analyze the risks affecting the safety of chemical enterprises,use the methods summarized above to identify the source of danger in each area,systematically classify and evaluate risks,and carry out hidden dangers.investigation and governance.By applying the dual prevention system model of chemical enterprises constructed in this paper,N company has improved the ability and efficiency of safety management.It can be seen that this model can more systematically carry out risk control and hidden danger investigation of chemical enterprises to ensure the safety of enterprises.Based on the principle of prevention,Heinrich’s law,the concept of humanism,the theory of accident causes,and the theory of PDCA cycle,this paper starts from the hierarchical management and control of safety risks and the investigation and management of hidden dangers in chemical enterprises.A new mode of dual prevention system for chemical enterprises is developed,aiming at improving the safety management efficiency of chemical enterprises.
