Safety management is not only an important component of engineering construction project management for construction enterprises,but also a fundamental guarantee to ensure the smooth implementation of construction projects.In recent years,although the laws,regulations,and norms related to safety management in the construction industry have gradually improved,and the safety production supervision and management system and management operation mechanism of construction enterprises have achieved significant results and gradually been established and improved,the successive safety production accidents of projects under construction in various regions indicate that the level of safety management in the construction industry is still not optimistic.Therefore,based on this,this article conducts research and analysis on some safety management related issues existing in the daily engineering project implementation process of China’s construction enterprises,and conducts systematic theoretical analysis and practical exploration on how to build a comprehensive and targeted safety management system.Based on the research results of industry scholars and safety management issues in the construction engineering industry,this article analyzes the current situation and problems of safety management in construction engineering projects through case analysis and the actual situation of safety management in the construction engineering industry in China.Taking S major accident projects as an example,by analyzing the current situation of safety management in S major accident projects and responsible enterprises,it explores the current problems in safety management in the enterprise and projects,And then targeted to build a corresponding safety management system for it,and propose countermeasures to strengthen the safety management of the enterprise.At the same time,through the study of this enterprise,it can provide valuable suggestions for the enterprise in improving the quality and level of safety management,curbing production safety accidents,and provide some reference and reference for other construction enterprises with similar problems.In terms of specific research content,this article is divided into the following parts for analysis and discussion.The first part is theoretical research.Firstly,it reviews and analyzes the specific research background and significance of this article,as well as the relevant research literature of domestic and foreign scholars on relevant aspects of this topic,so as to clarify the research ideas and methods of this article.Then define and analyze the concepts of safety management,the characteristics of safety management in construction enterprises,and related theories involved in the specific research process of this article.The second part is a case study,which mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of safety management of S major accident projects through field research and the collection and collation of relevant data to understand the current situation and problems of project safety management of the enterprise.The third part is the reconstruction of the safety management system.Based on the safety management theory,the content of the safety management system for S major accident projects is constructed,and targeted measures to ensure the operation of the enterprise’s safety management system are proposed.Through the study of this article,we hope to contribute to the safe and stable development of the construction industry,promote the healthy development of China’s construction industry,better maintain the safety of people’s lives and property,and promote social harmony and stability. |
