With the acceleration of China’s urbanization,ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to urbanization and ecological environment construction,and identified new urbanization and ecological civilization construction as two major strategic tasks in China today.Exploring the driving factors of the ecological environment of Jilin Province and analyzing the main factors affecting the coordinated development of the two systems are of great significance for revitalizing the old industrial bases in the Northeast,improving the regional economic level,and promoting the new urbanization construction in the region.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the construction of the measurement index system for the coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological environment.The third chapter is a theoretical overview of related models for measuring and evaluating the degree of coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological environment.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological environment in Jilin Province based on the PLSPM model and the coupling coordination model.The fifth chapter is the measurement of the coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological environment in Jilin Province based on the improved G1 weighting method and Tapio decoupling elastic coefficient based on the information gain ratio.Exploratory research on the spatiotemporal characteristics of the two systems of new urbanization and ecological environment.Chapter 6 is conclusions and policy recommendations.The main work of this paper is as follows: First,a scientific and reasonable index system is constructed based on the development connotation and index system of new urbanization and ecological environment.The second is to measure and analyze the coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological environment in Jilin Province by combining the PLSPM model and the coupled coordinated development model.The third is to use the weighting method based on the information gain ratio to modify G1,and use the Tapio decoupling elastic coefficient to measure and analyze the decoupling relationship between the new urbanization and ecological environment in nine regions of Jilin Province.The fourth is to conduct a spatial exploratory analysis of the two systems of new urbanization and ecological environment in nine regions of Jilin Province,and explore the driving factors of new urbanization in nine areas of Jilin Province to the ecological environment.The main innovations and characteristics of this article: First,the method of combining the PLSPM model and the complex data table is used to verify the scientificity and rationality of the indicator system construction.Secondly,a new index weighting method based on the information gain ratio modified G1 is constructed by using the information gain ratio of the index data to sort.Finally,the improved STIRPAT model is used to empirically test and analyze the spatio-temporal effects of new urbanization on ecological environment in nine regions of Jilin Province.
