The Influence Of Safety Climate And Unsafety Psychology On Safety Behavior

In recent years,the government and enterprises pay more and more attention to safety issues and continue to increase safety investment,but safety accidents have not been effectively controlled.For the construction industry,the vast majority of accidents are caused by the unsafety behavior of construction workers.Construction workers in our country belong to a relatively complex group,whose overall quality is not high,but they are faced with bad working environment and high-risk and overloaded work content.In this case,it is easy to cause safety accidents if there is no effective management method.Creating a good safety climate can not only provide a safety working environment for workers,but also alleviate the unsafety psychology of workers under high-strength and high-pressure operation,so as to reduce the unsafety behavior of workers.At present,the research on the mechanism of the influence of safety climate on safety behavior in China’s construction industry is not clear,most of them do not take into account the actual situation of China’s construction industry,and lack of influence paths from the perspective of individual psychology.On the basis of consulting and analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad,and combining with the engineering characteristics of the construction industry,this paper defines and divides the connotation and dimension of safety climate,unsafety psychology,safety behavior and so on.Based on the theory of social psychology and the results of field investigation,this paper constructs a model of the mechanism of the effect of safety climate in construction industry on the safety behavior of construction workers from the perspective of individual psychology.unsafety psychology is introduced as an intermediary variable and work stress as a moderating variable.As a result,a questionnaire survey was conducted on front-line construction workers to obtain large sample data to empirically test the rationality of the theoretical model and research hypotheses.The effective data collected are analyzed by linear regression analysis and result equation model analysis by using SPSS software and AMOS software,including the direct effect of safety climate on safety behavior,the mediating effect of unsafety psychology,the regulating effect of work stress and so on.The results show that:(1)the safety climate has a direct and significant positiveeffect on the safety behavior of construction workers,and the improvement of safety climate in the construction industry can obviously promote the safety behavior of construction workers.(2)unsafety psychology plays an indirect intermediary role between safety climate and safety behavior.different safety climate will lead to different degrees of unsafety psychological state for individuals,which acts on individual behavior.lead to the corresponding safety behavior of construction workers.(3)work stress plays a moderating role between safety climate and safety behavior,safety climate and unsafety psychology.
