Study On The Relationship Between Coal Mine Safety Climate And The Unsafe Behavior Of Workers

Coal resources in our country plays a critical role in industrial production.Safe production is the target of coal mine production.However,coal mine accidents still occur frequently.Analysis shows that,most accidents originated from unsafe behavior of workers.In a lot of factors affect employee unsafe behavior,safety climate in the coal mine occupies a key position.So in this paper,safety climate in the coal mine is chosen as the key point for the paper.The relationship between safety climate in the coal mine and unsafe behavior.In order to provide some reference for controlling and reducing the rate of employees unsafe behavior.In this paper,the model named "safety climate in the coal mine-unsafe behavior"is set up by AMOS21.0.Unsafe psychology is chosen as the intermediate variable.On the basis of sorting out the literature and understanding the current situation of the research on safety climate in the coal mine,the questionnaire on safety climate in the coal mine,unsafe psychology and unsafe behavior was compiled.The data is analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Accordingly,the safety climate is divided into six dimensions,such as safety awareness of workers,administrator’s concern,safety regulations,the sharing of working experience,safety management and the working environment in the coal mine.On the basis of these,the assumptions are proposed and the model is built successfully.At last,the work of model fitting,revising and interpretation will accomplished sequentially.The research shows that six dimensions of safety climate in the coal mine can all influence to the unsafe behavior of people directly,and there is a negative correlation between them.The data show that the level of underground safety atmosphere is increased by one unit,and the unsafe behavior level of underground workers will be reduced by 2.774 units.But,the degree of influence is different,the safety awareness of workers is the first.In addition,these three factors which are administrator’s concern,the sharing of working experience and the working environment in the coal mine also have an impact on unsafe psychology with negative correlations.In other words,these three factors can also affect the unsafe behavior indirectly by affecting unsafe psychology.In the meantime,the mediating role of unsafe psychology is confirmed.Based on the research in this paper,coal mine management can formulate preventive measures according to the different influence between safety climate in the coal mine and unsafe behavior and realize coal mine safety production Finally.
