The research on the modern enterprise living environment found that there is a complex state of change such as competition,changeable and unknown.How to survive and develop in a changeable living environment,first of all,it is necessary to have a sound and reasonable organizational structure,Continuously rationalize the organizational structure of the enterprise,which is the most basic direction and requirement for corporate organizational management and organizational transformationThe organization follows up the strategy.It is particularly important for small and medium-sized innovative enterprises,especially for case enterprise business(IVD,original molecular biotechnology application in medicine).At different stages,it proposes strategic development according to different market environments and implements the innovation strategy.The organizational structure of the company is also actively adjusting and adapting.Based on a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign organizational structure practice cases in the fields of biology,medicine,and IVD,this topic proposes the research direction,methods,structure,and content of this topic,and briefly describes the general situation and analysises of the company STK,and study the history of STK’s past development and the transformation of the company’s organizational structure in different periods;According to the past development of the company,analyze the operation of the company’s existing organizational structure,and focus on the current existence problem of the company to analyze it;At the same time,based on the inter-departmental coordination,corporate control system,and corporate control positioning in the current company organizational structure,the paper compares the structure design and management model of other similar biotechnology companies with researched structures,then proposes a new organizational structure and new management control mode for the company STK;finally,the transformation of the functional departments and corresponding responsibilities of the innovative STK company,as well as the definition of responsibility mode and control of each sub-point,Also,according to the characteristics of STK company,it also makes suggestions on various control models and organizational structure innovations.The research results of this paper can provide reference cases for similar biotechnology companies in the process of organizational structure transformating.
