| In this new era driven by science and technology,the Internet,smart technology,big data,and so on,are changing the consumer attitudes and habits of the masses,and traditional industries are being disrupted and restarted one by one,almost all industries and enterprises are faced with opportunities and challenges.At the same time,the impact of the superimposed covid-19 epidemic,leading to the intensification of enterprise differentiation,enterprises have accelerated the trend of breaking away from the traditional forms of organization.In this changing external environment,in the face of BJ Company’s enormous life-and-death challenges,how to solve the inherent problems of the enterprise,what ways to fundamentally save the enterprise,this is BJ company urgent need to solve the major issues.This paper describes a practical case of BJ Company’s practice of organizational change and Nirvana,and combines the theories of organizational change,organizational empowerment,and the classical model of change,this paper analyzes the causes of corporate change,resistance resolution,strategy formulation and implementation,results solidification and other processes.After analysis,BJ Company,based on the objective reality of its own development stage,has carried out a more comprehensive and solid planning and implementation of the whole process of its organizational change,furthermore,the integration of organizational empowerment and organizational change,which is in line with the classical theory and innovative,is the key to the success of organizational change.At the same time,through the reform experience of BJ Company,this paper summarizes the core elements of successful reform: to explore the main contradictions leading to problems with motivation theory,to solve the main contradictions as a guide to formulate organizational change strategy;This paper analyzes and points out the successful factors and typical failure factors of organizational change,and the necessity of guaranteeing the effect of organizational change with scientific organizational change process.The problems faced by BJ Company are common in other small and micro enterprises in the same industry.I hope the results of this study can be used for reference to other small and micro enterprises in this industry,at the same time,it also provides feasible ideas and methods for many domestic sales-type small and micro enterprises to enhance their competitiveness by means of organizational change. |
