Organizations are the aggregation of goals and tasks.Organizational structure is the internal skeleton and framework of an organization.In the process of sustainable development of society,people’s research,exploration and practice of organizational structure are constantly evolving and deepening.With the advent of the information age,technology is changing rapidly,and the economic environment is becoming increasingly complex and competitive.Only by keeping up with the pace of the times and constantly adjusting and changing the organizational structure to meet the internal and external changes and needs,can we seek better and greater development.This paper carries out relevant research and work according to the general idea of current situation research,problem-raising,problem-analysis and problem-solving.Through the relevant theories of organizational structure change,this paper analyses the problems existing in the organizational structure of FM company and the internal and external demands for organizational structure change.Through relevant research and thinking,it sets the goal of organizational structure change,and chooses a comprehensive organizational structure model of "Division+Matrix" which is suitable for the development of the company at present and in the future.The organizational structure of high-level organizations,business departments,production departments and functional departments has been redesigned.According to the design content and reform plan,the corresponding implementation plan and safeguard measures have been formulated for the content of organizational structure change.Through the reform of organizational structure,we can improve the efficiency of resource utilization of enterprises,increase the synergy among departments,internal operation efficiency and comparative advantage of external competition.Therefore,this study not only provides the corresponding guidance and reference for the organizational change of FM company,but also provides some reference and reference for similar enterprises in this stage. |
