Study On BC Company Organizational Structure Model Affect Technological Innovation

Since the beginning of the 21st century,in the context of economic globalization,global economic exchanges have become increasingly close,taboos and competition among enterprises have become increasingly fierce,and enterprises need to survive and develop.In order to survive and develop,enterprises must improve their core competitiveness,and the main way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is technological innovation.To make technological innovation effective,it is necessary to have a matching organizational structure as a guarantee.This paper is an exploratory study on the relationship between the creation of technological innovation and organizational structure of enterprises,exploring the best matching way between the two,promoting the technological innovation of enterprises,and promoting the better and faster development of enterprises.According to big data statistics,in the first 20 years of this century,50%to 80%of the local business failures in the United States were caused by the incongruence between the organizational structure mode of the enterprise and the technological innovation strategy.Therefore,the study of the relationship between the two has become one of the major topics for many enterprises and scholars.This paper combining the predecessors' research results and theory,on the basis of the concept of innovation and organizational structure,and elaborates the related organization structure theory,secondly,focus on research on the relationship between organizational structure and technological innovation,analyzes several typical organizational structure,technology impact,and technical innovation of organizational structure design,the influence mechanism,then,involves the organization structure should be considered the key influencing factors are discussed.This paper combining the predecessors' research results and theory,on the basis of the concept of innovation and organizational structure,and elaborates the related organization structure theory,secondly,focus on research on the relationship between organizational structure and technological innovation,analyzes several typical organizational structure,technology impact,and technical innovation of organizational structure design,the influence mechanism,then,involves the organization structure should be considered the key influencing factors are discussed.Finally puts forward the basic innovation enterprise organizational structure optimization process and scheme,BC company as an example analyzes the BC company existing organization structure on the influence of technological innovation and the necessity of structure adjustment,through the way of questionnaire and field survey,to find a set of enterprise organization structure restrict the problem of technology innovation,BC structure optimization are put forward based on the problems existing in the enterprise plan adjustment,in operation after a period of time,the effect was evaluated and concluded that optimize the adjusted the structure of the organization to promote enterprise technology innovation work played an important role,for the long-term development of the enterprise has great practical significance.
