With the continuous development of society,the process of rural industrialization is also constantly advancing,since 1984,China’s rural family industry began,has nearly 40 years of history.During these forty years,numerous family factories have grown into enterprises with formal systems.How has the organizational system of rural family industry evolved in the course of its development as a bottom-up organization?How does the environment of rural society as an organizational development system affect the organizational development of family industry?This study reveals the stages and characteristics of the development process of L village wooden staircase handrail industry organization by studying the changes in the development process of L Village family industry organization.According to the degree of separation between industry and agricultural production in the development of family industry,the study divides the development of family industry into three stages:the stage of combining industry and agriculture,the stage of family workshop and the stage of family workshop.The data were collected with the methods of semi-structured interview and participant observation.This paper points out the different characteristics of the three stages of the development of L Village family industrial organization,and analyzes the problems in its development process.The general trend of organization development is that the organization is becoming more and more complex in the fierce competition,and the organization is becoming more and more rational and formalized to adapt to the social environment.Through the change of the organizational structure of the family factory,we find that the rural society,as the institutional environment of the organizational development,plays an important role in the evolution of the organizational system,organizational behavior produces deviations.The wooden stair handrail processing industry has to make changes to adapt to the institutional environment in rural areas.The impact is mainly reflected in the way of social expectations,so that the family factory from the joint production to the direction of integrated production,but because of social regulatory factors to limit the family factory scale expansion,towards a truly rational factory. |
