In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for the built environment,the original buildings began to be built,rebuilt and expanded,which made the construction waste increase sharply.There are always risks in the process of construction waste transportation and disposal.The risks of construction waste transportation mainly included the risks of traffic accidents,supervision risks,and route risks.The risk of construction waste disposal was mainly the risk of accidents in the waste disposal site.In this context,the subsequent transportation and disposal problems were required to be in extreme high qualities.Firstly,this article defined the transportation risk of construction waste as the risk of traffic accidents,supervision,and route risks.The risk of construction waste disposal was defined as the risk of accidents in the waste disposal site.And comprehensively considered the risk factors of transportation and disposal,analyzed,integrated and optimized these risk factors one by one.A relatively comprehensive and targeted construction waste transportation risk evaluation index system and construction waste disposal risk evaluation index system were established respectively,which laid the foundation for the construction of models and sample data.Then,in order to evaluate the risks of construction waste transportation including the risks of traffic accidents,regulatory risks,and route risks,this paper constructed a risk assessment model based on PSO-SVR to evaluate its risks.Because the prediction results of the SVR model were greatly affected by the parameters,and the PSO algorithm had the advantages of strong global search ability,simple algorithm,fast convergence,etc.,PSO was used to optimize the SVR,thereby establishing a construction waste transportation risk assessment model based on the PSO-SVR algorithm.Finally,a case analysis was carried out,and the feasibility and accuracy of the PSO-SVR model were verified by comparison and analysis with the results of other models.Then,in order to reduce the risk of construction waste in the disposal,try to avoid the economic and personnel losses caused by the risks in the disposal,and quantitatively analyze the risk status of construction waste disposal,this paper innovatively introduced environmental factors and pile factors.8 indicators,comprehensively evaluated the risk of construction waste in the disposal.This paper constructed a construction waste disposal risk assessment model based on analytic hierarchy process.Finally,two examples were used to analyze the construction waste disposal site in Bujiuwo and Xinwuwei,which verified the rationality of the construction waste disposal risk assessment model.The research can provide reference for the disposal and management of construction waste.Finally,in order to visualize the process and results of these two evaluation models,and enabled the regulatory authorities to quantitatively understand its risk status,this paper used the Visual Studio Code("VS Code")editor to design and develop a risk evaluation system.The interface of the system was simple and friendly,can complete the whole process of risk assessment,and had good operability.Different functions can be realized according to different permissions of users,simple and convenient,and easy for operators to use.An example proved that the system was consistent with the results obtained by the risk assessment method,indicating that the system was practical.
