Research On The Risk Management Of The Comprehensive Watershed Management In SZ Buji River(Longgang Section)

Risk management has become an important research topic in the field of project management The project risk management discover the risk of program through risk identification,risk analysis and risk assessment carry out effective control of the project risk and handle the adverse consequences caused by risk events properly by using various risk response measures,management method and means,in order to finish the management work which ensure project overall goal realization with minimal cost SZ Buji River(Longgang section)watershed comprehensive management project is very complicated compared with other traditional water environment control projects.Therefore,the implementation of SZ Buji River(Longgang section)watershed management project needs project risk management theory to guide urgently.This paper is based on the theory and method of project risk management,and chose the SZ Buji River(Longgang section)watershed management project as the research object,conduct a study based on the main aspects of risk management research which consists of risk identification,risk assessment risk response and risk monitoring.The mian research contents include:firstly,analyzing and identifing the risk factors in the process of the implementation of SZ Buji River(Longgang section)watershed management project by using empirical analysis and expert investigation method;secondly,using expert evaluation method,the risk assessment index method,sensitivity analysis and break-even analysis method to conduct a risk evaluation for the risk factors of project,in order to identify risk levels and assess the impact of risk on the project;finally,proposing some corresponding measures based on the risk assessment results of SZ Buji River(Longgang section)watershed management project,and proposing risk monitoring thought according to the risk monitoring theory,therefore,scientific,reasonable and effective risk management are carried out for the process of comprehensive managementThis paper proposes some corresponding risk response and monitoring measures based on the risk identification,risk assessment of SZ Buji River(Longgang section)watershed management project,and provides guarantee for the implementation of SZ Buji River(Longgang section)watershed management project The research of this paper also has a strong reference value for the risk management of similar watershed comprehensive management.
