Project risk management is a hot topic at present,which is of great significance to the high-quality and efficient operation of the whole project.If the project is in a high-risk operation state,it will increase the probability of problems,which is not conducive to the realization of the project schedule,quality,cost and safety.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen R&D investment in project risk management,so as to strengthen risk management ability,improve risk management effect and promote high-quality and efficient operation of the project.In this study,the robot automatic uncoiling project of galvanizing line in Shougang Cold Rolling Company is taken as a concrete research example,and the risk identification,analysis,evaluation and control are carried out,so as to reduce the risk of the whole project,reduce the incidence of problems and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.In the study,mainly using the literature material method,case method,the combination of qualitative and quantitative research method,is proposed to solve the key question is:how to accurately identify company cold rolled galvanized line robot automatic uncoiling project risk,how to objectively evaluate cold rolled galvanizing line robot company automatically open book project risk,how to effectively control company cold rolled galvanized line robot automatic uncoiling project risk.In the specific research,firstly,the theories,methods and ideas related to project risk management at home and abroad are studied as the foundation of this research.Then,the actual situation of automatic unwinding of galvanized wire robot of cold rolling company was explored in detail to obtain first-hand data as the object of research and analysis.Next,correctly choose the risk identification method,identify the risk of automatic unwinding project of cold rolling company galvanized line robot,establish the risk evaluation system,and evaluate the risk objectively and accurately.Finally,according to the risk assessment results,the risk level is divided,the risk order is arranged,and the risk prevention and control strategy is formulated.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First,establish a risk identification system.This paper identifies and analyzes the risks of automatic unwinding of galvanized line robot in Shougang Cold Rolling Company.The risks mainly come from six aspects:schedule,technology,management,cost,market and environment.Second,establish a risk assessment system.Evaluate the project risks,determine the "high and low" degree of risks,and rank them.In the whole project,the risks from schedule management and technical design are the highest.Risks from schedule,technical conditions,technical application,management personnel,cost payment,cost use,price fluctuation and project construction environment rank second.Risks from emergencies,management methods,demand changes,standards and institutional environment are low.Risk from management system and cost budget is the lowest.Third,formulate the risk prevention and control plan.In the process of risk prevention and control,strengthen the control from the aspects of people,machines,materials and laws,and realize the whole process control,refined control and targeted control.At the same time,all employees participate to improve the efficiency and quality of risk management.
