With the rapid development of market economy,the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people’s living quality,commercial detergent industry has developed rapidly.However,in recent years,under the macroeconomic downturn,the development of the whole industry has been affected to a certain extent in the face of the challenges of the global economic depth adjustment and domestic industrial transformation and upgrading.Shenyang D Trading Co.,Ltd.,as a main distributor of commercial detergent in Shenyang area,in order to turn crisis into a turning point,enhance market competitiveness and expand market share of products and achieve sustainable development of the company in the fierce market competition,it needs to develop its own suitable marketing strategies of commercial detergent urgently,this thesis has been studied.This thesis takes commercial detergent of Shenyang D Trading Co.,Ltd.as the research object.First of all,it summarizes the relevant theories of marketing strategy.Secondly,it analyzes the marketing environment of commercial detergent,including external environment analysis,internal environment analysis and competitor analysis,analyzes the main characteristics and main demands of target customers through market survey,analyzes the strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats of commercial detergent by SWOT analysis method.Then,it determines the overall marketing strategy objectives,market segmentation and market positioning and formulates detailed product strategy,price strategy,promotion strategy and place strategy.Finally,in view of a series of marketing strategies,the implementation safeguard measures are given in strengthening the marketing team building,enhancing the brand image and emphasizing on customer communication.The results of the study will not only help the company’s further development,but also hope that it can provide a certain reference for other similar small and medium-sized detergent companies in formulating marketing strategies.
