Study Of Contemporary Shenyang Region Ecological Environment Problems(1949-1990)

Environmental problem is a common concern in the world,at present,the global environmental problems are mainly manifested in two aspects: environmental pollution and ecological destruction.In the process of urbanization in China,the city environment can not avoid some of the impact.Therefore,environmental governance in China is an urgent problem to be solved.The contents of environmental management in our country mainly include air pollution,water pollution,solid waste pollution,forest destruction and so on,in the work of environmental governance,Beijing,Tianjin and Guangzhou have made some remarkable achievements,which provides useful references for other cities.Shenyang city which is the political center,economic center and transportation hub of three Northeastern Provinces of China and is an important industrial base in the country,with the title of "Oriental Ruhr" in the world.Before the founding of the PRC,due to the puppet government and Nationalist party reactionary rule,the ecological environment has seriously deteriorated.The initial period of China,although the city have taken certain measures to control the environment,in the face of the situation of a thousand things wait to be done,economic construction is still the center of the city's work.In the process of production,only focus on economic efficiency,ignoring the protection of the environment,which seriously affects the sustainable development of the ecological environment,and the population of the city in the process of large-scale increase with more serious environmental problems,such as the increasing of garbage and human waste debris,the shortage of public toilets,these problems should be restrict the process of our city.In order to realize the sustainable development of economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction,the problem of environmental governance is worthy of our attention and research.This paper mainly from six aspects to discuss the Ecological Environmental governance of Shenyang in the contemporary era.The first part is “The present situation of ecological environment and the development of sanitation work in Shenyang area”,which mainly expounds the general situation of environmental development andthe development of patriotic health movement of Shenyang in the contemporary era.The second part is “Shenyang area industrial wastes and garbage problem and its control”,which mainly narratives serious pollution of industrial waste and domestic waste pollution problem,and puts forward specific solutions.The third part is “The shortage of green and Afforestation campaign of Shenyang area”,this part starts with the greening situation of Shenyang in the contemporary era,and calls for the launch of the afforestation campaign,attaches importance to the construction of protective forest,carries on Barren mountain afforestation,Encourages green residential area and carries out the construction of the park green.As a solution to the problem of the lack of green.The fourth part is “Human waste management and reconstruction and construction of public toilets in Shenyang area”,which mainly from the following several aspects to research,such as human waste disposal situation and the existing problems,human waste treatment,on human waste disputes and public toilets renovation and construction.The fifth part of the content is “Street renovation in Shenyang area”,which discusses the development of the cause of street cleaning,the construction of street greening,the treatment of underground water pipeline near the street.The sixth part is “Experience and lesson of ecological environment management in Shenyang area”,this part summarizes problems of environmental governance and the experience in Shenyang since the founding of the People's Republic of China.
