With the development of human society, urbanization in 21st century has become the dominant trend of the economic development, the relocation of enterprises and the change of industrial structure, by the rural transformation for the city, the land use types will change, also caused changes of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. The area in connection with Shenyang and Fushun is in the stage of rapid urbanization, across the territory of Hun River, functionality also will be changed from the original natural river into urban inland river. The changes of the surrounding vegetation, land type and other factors all affect its normal ecological function, and therefore it is necessary to study its future trend. Through selecting reasonable indicator system, choosing independent variable and dependent variable parameters, and selecting the panel data model, predicting the water environmental quality changing trend of water ecosystem from two aspects:urbanization and natural factors; predicting changing trend of the water ecological environment from three aspects:the urbanization, the ecological environment, natural factors the prediction equation is used to calculate predictive value, draw the fitting curve between the actual and estimated values, the result shows that prediction equation is feasible. Meanwhile, predicting the trend in the future, the result shows the water quality will improve further of Hun River in Shenyang and Fushun section from 2017 to 2020 in the future.In order to the collaborative development between economy and environment of the area in connection with Shenyang and Fushun, reducing pollution because of economic development, to carry out the regional water environment classification, working out a more detailed forth level water ecological function zoning, from the result we can find out the main problems of restricting the development of various regions. According to the survey of the historical data, the third level aquatic eco-functional zoning is still biased towards the river function research, this paper studies from three aspects of water ecology, land, urbanization, especially is the urbanization, more factors were considered in concerned with the human behaviors and land and water ecological environment, carrying out the comprehensive evaluation to the area in connection with Shenyang and Fushun. Through collecting economic data in each administrative of the research area in 2014, providing the basis for urban development level comprehensive evaluation; according to the result of water ecological environment survey of Hun River in Shenyang and Fushun section in 2014, calculating the algal diversity index, benthic animal diversity index, retention of endemic species of the research area, comprehensive evaluation were used for the water ecological ecosystem of the research area. Calculate the riparian zone habitat index and forest coverage rate, provide basic data for land ecological environment evaluation. Based on the above, the regional comprehensive index was obtained, and the ArcGIS 9.3 software was used to carried out the project, and the results of the four AEFRWS of water ecological function zoning were obtained.results of this study may provide directional section of Shenyang-Fushun Hun River water environment protection, and provide technical support for the Hun River in Shenyang and Fushun section of water environment management.
