With the continuous progress of society,the application of Internet technology has a significant impact on the traditional business model of many companies,and the market competition and environmental competition are becoming more and more fierce.In this stage of change,traditional energy enterprises are no exception,and their original business model must be completely changed in order to adapt to the Internet era.This paper takes clean energy companies as the research object,and studies the business model innovation of traditional energy companies in the context of the Internet.The energy company is a clean energy company that produces and sells dimethyl ether as its main business.After several years of rapid progress,singing all the way to the bottleneck of development in recent years,the development of the dimethyl ether industry has risen and fallen sharply,and is currently in a low ebb.Therefore,if you want to turn around,you must improve the original business model and find suitable and innovative business model to support the company’s further business development.Firstly,this paper describes the concept of business model and the basic theoretical knowledge of business model innovation.Then,combined with the current situation of clean energy companies,it expounds nine elements of Osterwalder model,including value proposition,target customers,channel,customer relationship,core competence,value allocation,partner network,cost structure,income model,etc.This paper describes the business model of clean energy company from four aspects:product,customer interface,infrastructure and financial analysis.By looking into those details,we find the main problems existing in the company are: value chain positioning,market development mode,management mode and financial performance.In the context of the Internet,this paper,based on the four aspects of value discovery,value transmission,value acquisition and value maintenance,is the way to innovate the business model of clean energy companies.It starts the planning,organizational construction,cultural remodeling,talent team building,and finally solves the problems that the clean energy company suffers from.
