Study On The Management Of Rural Ecological Environment In Gaoyou City

Strengthening the management of the rural ecological environment is an important part of the central government’s strategy for revitalizing the countryside,which directly affects the general public’s satisfaction with the party’s work.In-depth and systematic research on the relevant theories and practices of rural ecological and environmental governance,in order to deal with the increasingly prominent situation of environmental pollution in rural areas,prevent and resolve conflicts caused by environmental pollution,maintain harmony and stability in rural society,provide great significance for promoting social and economic sustainability in rural areas healthy development.However,it is hard to overcome this problem.It is a very huge and complicated system engineering.It requires far-sighted thinking in scientific planning and design,standardized system construction,and long-term guarantee mechanism.This article abandoned the large and comprehensive thinking mode in the past,but took the rural areas of Gao you City as the research object,in order to have a more systematic and in-depth reflection on the rural ecological environment governance in one place.Based on the general requirement of "ecological livable",this paper takes Gaoyou City as the research object,makes in-depth investigation and research on towns and relevant municipal departments in Gaoyou City,starting from the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of rural ecological environment governance,and through the research methods of literature,field investigation,case analysis and comparative analysis,improves the planning and assessment system.This paper describes and analyzes the current situation and effect of rural ecological environment management in Gaoyou City from five aspects:vigorously developing ecological agriculture,continuously improving the rural living environment,actively improving the rural water environment and constantly improving the living and traveling conditions.In recent years,through constant work in Gaoyou City,the rural ecological environment has continued to improve.The sky is blue and the water is green again in the countryside.A large number of natural villages have been built into beautiful villages,characteristic rural villages,beautiful villages,comfortable villages and traditional ancient villages.The satisfaction of the people is constantly rising.At the same time,the study also found that there are still some deficiencies in Gaoyou’s rural eco-environmental governance,such as low participation of farmers,difficult supervision of environmental pollution,easy rebound of governance effect and incomplete infrastructure.The main reasons for these deficiencies are the weak environmental awareness of farmers,the weak environmental protection force of towns and villages,the weakening of long-term governance mechanism and the insufficient investment in governance funds.Finally,the paper summarizes the beneficial experience of rural ecological environment management of Zhejiang Province,Zhongxiang City,Yan’an City,Shaanxi Province and Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province.On this basis,combined with the regional reality,it puts forward four measures of rural ecological environment management in Gaoyou City,namely,further exerting the main responsibility of the government,mobilizing the enthusiasm of the farmers to participate in the management,and guiding the multiple main bodies of the society Cooperative governance and innovative governance means.Based on series of analysis,through comprehensive consideration,this paper hopes to put forward effective suggestions and provide useful countermeasures and suggestions for the local government to better manage the rural ecological environment.
