With the implementation of ecological civilization construction in China,more and more attention has been paid to the protection of human settlements in rural areas.However,due to the wide range of rural areas and the complex distribution of rural population and villages,the present progress of rural environmental protection in China is not optimistic,especially the problem of water pollution in rural areas is becoming more and more prominent.But the local government in the water environment protection work is not in place,many rural water environment protection policies are formalized.At this time,in order to prevent and control rural water environmental pollution,promote rural clean construction and promote rural rejuvenation,it is urgent to broaden the main body of rural water environmental protection in China.Scope,in rural areas to achieve a certain degree of autonomy in the water environment.Therefore,according to the development and evolution of rural villagers' autonomy in our country,as well as the discrimination and understanding of the concepts related to villagers' autonomy,this paper puts forward the exploration and perfection of the legal problems existing in the protection of villagers' autonomy in rural water environment of our country.Rural water environment protection is the key link in China's water environment protection system.The implementation of rural water environment protection villagers' autonomy in specific rural areas can give full play to the special geographical,organizational and scale-benefit advantages of our country's villagers' autonomous organizations in the rural villager's autonomy.It is the embodiment of the rural environmental management function of the villagers' autonomous organizations in our country,it also makes up for the deficiency of the government in the protection of the rural water environment,it is also the maintenance of the environmental interests of the rural residents in our country,and it is the need of the pluralistic co-governance of our country.Therefore,through the analysis of the present situation of rural water environmental pollution and the villagers' autonomy in rural water environment protection in China,it is found that our country's farmers are in the process of self-government.The legal problems of village water environment protection include: the basis of village water environment protection villagers' autonomy is not perfect;As an organizational unit for rural residents to carry outself-government,the status of villagers' self-government organizations in rural water environment protection has not been clearly defined,and the specific ways of villagers' autonomy in rural water environment protection have not been determined.As well as the protection of rural water environment protection villagers autonomy of the relevant system is not perfect.Therefore,it is put forward to perfect the basis of villagers' autonomy in rural water environment protection in our country's legislation,to clarify the dominant position of villagers' self-governing organizations in protecting the rural water environment autonomy,and to stipulate its specific agriculture.The rights and obligations of village water environment protection are determined,and suggestions are put forward to perfect the safeguard mechanism of villagers' autonomy in rural water environment protection.This paper attempts to develop rural water environmental protection villagers' autonomy,promote rural environmental improvement and restore rural residents' all-round,safe and healthy drinking water in the vast rural areas of our country,according to the village conditions and under the guidance of the villagers' autonomous organizations.
