Research On The Influence Of Ecological Compensation Policy On Residents’ Intention Of Ecological Civilization Construction

The rural revitalization strategy put forward in the report of the 19 th national congress of the CPC is an important strategic plan to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",build a beautiful China,improve people’s livelihood and achieve common prosperity in the new era.It’s also the key to the strategy of building an ecological civilization and realizing a beautiful China.As an effective means to realize the goal of "ecological livability" and the construction of ecological civilization,ecological compensation policy has become the focus of research in the field of ecological environment.However,at the present stage,the ecological compensation with the central financial vertical transfer payment as the main means ignores and weakens the interests of the residents who are the most direct subject of ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization.Therefore,from the perspective of the residents who are the direct subject of ecological civilization construction,the research on the mechanism of the impact of ecological compensation on their intention of ecological civilization construction is conducive to the improvement of the driving system of rural ecological civilization construction from the perspective of residents,the promotion of rural ecological revitalization,and the construction of a beautiful and livable ecological countryside where people and nature coexist harmoniously.This paper conducts research on the impact mechanism and effect test of ecological compensation policy on residents’ willingness to construct ecological civilization.The innovative work includes:First of all,on the basis of introducing the reality and theoretical background of rural ecological civilization and ecological compensation,the paper puts forward research problems.Through the literature review on the influence of rural ecological civilization,ecological compensation and ecological compensation on the construction of ecological civilization,this paper points out the shortcomings of the relevant researches at home and abroad,and finds out the starting point of this paper.Secondly,by referring to the model of herd behavior,the paper theoretically analyzes the influence mechanism of ecological compensation policy on residents’ intention of ecological civilization construction,and reveals the transformation rule of ecological compensation policy that makes more residents participate in the construction of ecological civilization by influencing the group’s behavioral intention.Thirdly,combining with the theory of planned behavior,the paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework for the direct impact of ecological compensation policy and the indirect impact of psychological variables on residents’ intention of ecological civilization construction.Finally,the structural equation model is used to empirically analyze the direct effect of ecological compensation policy and the indirect effect based on psychological variables.The results show that ecological compensation policies of ecological civilization construction will have a significant impact on residents,the direct effect was 0.150;the indirect effect of controlling three psychological variables by behavioral attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior was 0.153.It can be seen that the ecological compensation policy plays a significant role in promoting the residents’ willingness to build ecological civilization.Therefore,this paper proposes a policy path to improve the ecological compensation policy’s willingness to build ecological civilization,and puts forward relevant policy Suggestions for constructing the driving system of all factors(central government,local government,non-governmental organizations,enterprises,and residents)of China’s ecological civilization construction,promoting the process of ecological civilization construction,and building a beautiful and livable countryside.
