Research On The Influence Of Green Perception On Residents’ Pro-environmental Behavior

Our country is in the rapid development stage of the urbanization process.With the influx of a large number of people into the cities,the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution in the cities have become increasingly serious.In order to improve environmental problems,the National Development and Reform Commission proposed to launch green communities,green travel,green buildings,etc.,to promote residents to adopt pro-environmental behaviors in their daily lives,and try to solve urban environmental problems from the source.Many studies have shown that residents’ green perception has an impact on pro-environmental behavior,but the path of influence and its mechanism have not yet been explored.Therefore,measuring the residents’ perception of green in green residential communities and clarifying the influence path of residents’ green perception on pro-environmental behaviors can provide countermeasures and suggestions for the government to develop green residential communities and improve urban environmental problems.Based on this,this article takes the residents of Xi’an green residential districts as the survey object,through the induction and analysis of the domestic and foreign environmental behavior research,draws on the theory of planned behavior,and constructs green perception,personal ethics,pro-environmental behavior and attitude,and perceptual behavior control.A hypothetical model of the relationship between pro-environmental behavior willingness and pro-environmental behavior,design and issue questionnaires,use SPSS and AMOS software to conduct reliability and validity tests,measure residents’ green perception of green residential communities,and verify the relationship model.The final results show:(1)Residents’ perception of green characteristics of residential communities:residents generally have better perceptions of the environmental livability of the community,followed by convenience and health comfort,and the worst perception of resource conservation;older residents,The worse the perception of the environmental livability and resource conservation of the green residential community;the higher the education level residents,the better the perception of the environmental livability of the green residential community.(2)Among the paths that green perception affects pro-environmental behavior:green perception has the greatest impact on perceptual behavior control;personal ethics is the main factor influencing pro-environmental behavior willingness;personal ethics,pro-environmental behavior attitudes,and perceptual behavior control can all be the same relatives Environmental behavior willingness plays a remote intermediary role in the influence path of green perception on pro-environmental behavior;perceptual behavior control or personal ethics can act on pro-environmental behavior willingness through pro-environmental behavior attitudes.(3)The influence of different population characteristics on the path: the stronger the green perception of men,young adults and highly educated groups,the higher the sense of responsibility for fulfilling pro-environment behavior,and the better their attitude towards pro-environment behavior or the smaller the pressure and obstacles of pro-environment behavior,the stronger their willingness to pro-environment behavior;When women and middle-aged people have a strong sense of pro-environment moral obligation,the former will enhance their willingness to act pro-environment,while the latter will change their attitude towards pro-environment behavior.The stronger the green perception of middle-and high-income groups,the more consideration will be given to adopting pro-environment behavior.Based on the analysis results: Accelerate the green operation of residential community,enhance the green perception of residents;reduce the environmental behavior of the residential environment,improve the consciousness of residents;enhance the environmental responsibility of residents,promote the ambient environmental behavior of residents;subdivide different groups,Diversified environmental policies incentive residents take intra-environmental behavior.
