| Packed tower is an important mass transfer and separation equipment in the chemical industry.Corrugated cake is the core component of packed tower,which is stacked by corrugated sheets.The quality of the corrugated cake directly affects the separation effect and production benefit of the packed tower.Traditional corrugated sheet production line is a manual production line;the increasing labor cost,the untimely feedback of production line information and many malpractices existing in the production process have greatly restricted the development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to design an automated production line of stainless steel corrugated sheet in this thesis.This thesis takes Siemens S7-1215 PLC as the control core,and studies the key technologies of the production line such as cutting station,lamination station,turning station,corrugated block detection method and corrugated cake segmentation method.The specific research content and conclusions of this production line are as follows:(1)The specification requirements,production process,production line status of the corrugated sheet and the feasibility of automatic operation of production equipment in the production line are analyzed;then put forward a control scheme,which takes Siemens S7-1215 PLC as the production line control core and completes the signal transmission in the production line through industrial Ethernet technology and hardware wiring.(2)According to the functional requirements of the production line.The action analysis and research of three key stations(including cutting station,turning station,and lamination station)are completed.Based on the motion control requirements of the three stations,the corresponding principle analysis,the hardware selection of the required equipment,the realization of mechanical structure and control program design are being done.(3)According to the detection function requirements of the production line.Directly using the detection device that is composed of laser ranging sensor,servo motor,and linear module has problems such as large error in detection data and easy interference;Therefore,in this thesis,the improved Kalman filter algorithm and the improved DBSCAN clustering algorithm are used to optimize the detection method.After optimization,the detection error of the corrugated sheet length is reduced from 50 mm to less than 15mm;amount of misalignment and peak height are more consistent with the actual situation,which verifie the effectiveness of the improved method.(4)According to the requirements of corrugated cake segmentation.This thesis presents a multi-objective optimization segmentation scheme based on NSGA-II algorithm,and compares the segmentation effect with the genetic algorithm of singleobjective optimization.The segmentation results show that although the algorithm can’t obtain the optimal values of the two objectives at the same time,the comprehensive effect obtained under the requirements of the two objectives is optimal;which verifies the usefulness of the algorithm in dealing with the problem of corrugated cake segmentation.(5)According to the control requirements of production line.The hardware selection,the realization of control program design,backend development and field debugging are finished.The running result shows that the production line studied in this thesis realizes 80% staff reduction,uninterrupted work,and production line data visualization;improves the production benefit of production line;and satisfies customer’s demand. |
