| For a long time,China has always been a rich coal,poor oil,little gas country,this situation determines that in the future for a long time,coal will always be the main energy in China,and will shoulder the responsibility of guaranteeing national energy security and maintaining the sustainable and healthy development of social economy.The massive use of coal will cause a series of severe environmental problems such as global warming.Hence,it is urgent to reduce carbon emissions or take effective measures to control carbon emissions.The policy of decarbonization needs to be implemented more thoroughly for our country.The implementation of decarbonization policy will directly lead to the gradual decline of coal and other traditional fossil fuel industries,and the whole coal industry will soon face unheard-of pressure of transformation and upgrading.But the global energy crisis that has erupted in the past two years has led to a sharp rise in coal prices.This situation also provides a golden opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises.Z company’s main business is the mining and sale of coal.In addition,it also contains a number of related industries,for example pithole power generation,fly ash extraction of alumina,modern ecological agriculture and animal husbandry,and is a large comprehensive energy enterprise.In the current situation of both opportunities and challenges,it is particularly critical to formulate a strategy suitable for the future development of Z Company.In this thesis the application of advanced strategic management theory,combined with the current development status of Z company.Z company has the advantages and disadvantages,chances and challenges facing,have carried on the detailed analysis,and then established suitable for Z company for the future development of the enterprise development strategy,and also describes the main work and measures on the implement of development strategy.This thesis takes Z company’s development strategy as the research object,which is divided into four parts and six chapters in the overall structure.The first part mainly clarifies the relevant theoretical basis of this thesis and the current situation of the coal industry in which Z Company is.Meanwhile,it gives a detailed description of the research background,research purpose and significance,research content and framework,research methods and other relevant contents of this thesis.The second part focuses on the development environment of Z Company,and expounds the current situation and existing problems of Z Company.In the third part,SWOT analysis is used to comprehensively analyze the advantages and weakness of Z Company as well as the opportunities and challenges facing Z Company at present,and finally formulate the sustainable adherence of Z company to the fine coal industry as the main body.Actively promote green ecological economy industry,vigorously develop low-carbon circular economy industry diversification strategy and vertical integration strategy combined development strategy.Then it puts forward the key points and safeguard measures for implementing the development strategy.The key points include actively seeking new growth points of enterprise performance,increasing the strength of talent management and talent introduction,and actively optimizing enterprise management mode.Measures to improve and optimize the management system of enterprise scientific and technological innovation,improve the level of enterprise financial management,accelerate the pace of enterprise information construction and create a positive enterprise culture.The fourth part is the summary of the thesis and the prospect. |
