Professional and technician personnel,as one of the most important human resources of iron and steel enterprises,their abilities are directly related to the future development of the enterprise and affect the technological innovation ability of the enterprise.At present,the iron and steel industry,especially the state-owned iron and steel enterprises,have limited incentives for professional and technical personnel;the present incentives cannot work effectively;institutional mechanisms currently built is hard to affect the work enthusiasm of staff and cannot resonate psychologically.It is one of the common problems faced by all iron and steel enterprises that how to improve the work efficiency? quality of work and work enthusiasm of professional and technical personnel and promote the transformation and upgrading of iron and steel industry.This paper takes JG Group Co.,Ltd.as the main research object and studies the current situation of its professional and technician personnel.First of all,it collects and analyzes the research literature of both the domestic and foreign scholars and shows the core concepts and theories,then investigates the professional and technician personnel of their basic statuses,and sorts out the structure of their age,professional title,educational background and major.Meanwhile this paper analyzes the matching degree between their major and the job they do,as well as the future job demand of the company in the next 3 years.This paper also introduces briefly the work done by JG Group Co.,Ltd.to improve the management ability and personal quality of its professional and technician personnel in recent years.In this paper,the point is to elaborate what needs to be improved in depth and to find out the problems exist to be solved.According to the analysis,several problems are found,like the proportion of managerial staff is relatively high for the whole company,medium and long-term incentive measures are imperfect,the construction of management system is poor and the matching degree between the major of professional and technician personnel and the job they do is not high enough.Finally,this paper puts forward some effective improvement measures and expect through the study to help JG Group Co.,Ltd.develop a more effective promotion scheme for its professional and technician personnel.
