In the circumstances of rapid economic development,imbalanced growth of eastern and western and increasing turnover rates,the problem of loss in XinJiang enterprises is more and more apparent.The crude oil price slumps with continued fluctuations in recent years.The drop profitability to crude oil and decreased pay to the professional technicians exacerbate the loss of high performance personnel.Human resource management of enterprise is severe even though it will hold back the enterprise even regional economic development without effective measure.XinJiang Oil Field Company is an oil and gas corporation under the CNPC.It mainly engaged in petroleum gas exploration and development.Extremely high level of expertise is essential to ability of oil and gas exploration which is the core competitiveness of enterprises.Thus HR must pay more attention to technicians introduction,training and reservation,especial the talents.First of all,it is useful to find the problem out in the way of macroscopic analysis to the present condition of HR in XinJiang OilField Company and In-depth understanding of the work and life to technicians with HR professional knowledge.Based on the literature,face-to-face interview and questionnaire,the latency and motivation to the loss of technicians are analyzed on the social aspect,enterprise aspect and personal aspect.Find the main factor that caused the loss of technicians and the defects of HR management in Xin Jiang Oil Field Company and make suggestions to decrease the loss of technicians.The most important thing is to apply the suggestions to the practice and bring some results.The research shows that the problem to the loss of technicians caused by many factors.The traditional way of management,heavy task and lots more pressure,has not adapted to the new condition.It is more useful to reform the management methods and modes and It is effective in establishing performance management system and reforming salary and welfare system under current conditions.
