Performance appraisal is a very important content in enterprise human resource management.For a long period of time,a large number of enterprises in China have not established a scientific performance appraisal system,which has caused employees' work enthusiasm to be affected and the efficiency of work has not been improved.Some companies even have Therefore,many core talents have been lost,which has a serious impact on the development of the company.Therefore,how to establish a scientific and rational performance appraisal system is not only an enterprise management manager,but also a major research topic faced by the academic community.This article takes Jintianhua's existing professional technicians performance appraisal system as the research object,according to the modern performance appraisal theory,and related human resource management,adopts the questionnaire survey method and interview survey method,and evaluates the performance appraisal of professional technicians of Jintianhua Company.Conduct investigations and analysis to find out the problems and causes of the existing performance appraisal system.Based on this,using balanced scorecards and KPIs and other research methods,the strategic objectives of Jintianhua were analyzed and decomposed from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,and KPI indicators at the company levelwere established and layer-by-layer decomposition was carried out.The KPI index of professional and technical personnel is finally formed.At the same time,the technical staff's work ability indicators and work attitude indicators were established,and the improved performance evaluation index system of Jintianhua's technical personnel was formed.It also proposed to strengthen the performance appraisal mechanism and establish corporate culture and other safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of the performance appraisal system and the incentives it plays in building the talent team.In order to achieve the company's strategic goals,promote the growth of technical personnel,improve technological innovation capabilities,so that companies can better adapt to market competition.
