With the fast development of our country’s energy industry,many petrochemical plants have been built.Petrochemical equipment is intensive and usually belongs to large equipment.Its medium is of characteristics of high Celsius and pressure,poisonous,corrosive,and of other characteristics,so its safety risks are relatively high.As a routine behavior in the petrochemical industry,plant overhaul sometimes causes safety hazards and even accidents due to insufficient identification and effective control of safety risks,which has a negative impact on employees and the development of the company.In order to fully identify and effectively get command of the safety risks of plant overhaul and improve the company’s safety management level,this thesis takes SL company as the research object,and discusses the management of safety risks in its catalytic cracking unit overhaul.This thesis introduces the background and the significance of carrying out the research,explains and reviews the research trends at home and abroad,and determines the research content.Then it introduces the concepts and the theories about project risk management,risk identification and evaluation,to provide the theoretical basis for subsequent research.Then,the overview of the catalytic cracking unit is introduced,and the current situation of safety risk management for the overhaul of the catalytic cracking unit is analyzed.After that,the safety risk identification method is clarified,and the safety risk factors are identified.A safety risk factor evaluation system of the catalytic cracking unit overhaul project is established,and it uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and calculate each factor,and the score of each factor is obtained.Finally,according to the different factor scores,the corresponding control measures are put forward respectively,and the risk monitoring suggestions are put forward.This thesis finds that the deficiencies of the management of safety risks in the catalytic cracking unit overhaul of SL company are as follows: the safety risk management is not well-targeted;The company’s safety risk management rules and regulations are not perfect;The company’s safety risk management is insufficient and inaccurate in risk identification and risk analysis;Employees pay insufficient attention to safety risk management.Expert investigation method is adopted to identify the safety risks from four aspects for the overhaul of the catalytic cracking unit.The evaluation system of safety risk factors for the catalytic cracking unit overhaul project is established,and ten safety risk factors are determined through analysis.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it finds that the top three elements of the greatest risk are the insufficient technical operation level of the overhaul personnel,the imperfect tools and the insufficient overhaul construction conditions.According to the rank of the risks,the control measures for each factor are proposed.On one hand,this thesis hopes to improve the management level of safety risks in the catalytic cracking unit overhaul of SL company,on the other hand,it hopes to provide reference for similar research. |
