| Under the current situation,the concept of people-oriented is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Countries and enterprises pay more and more attention to security issues.Especially the petrochemical enterprise contains much flammable,poisonous and harmful medium of high temperature and high pressure.So it is full of risk,and easy to cause safety accidents.And most of these accidents occurred in the inspection and maintenance work.Overhauls are carried out to stop continuous production units for inspection and repair,check the internal condition of equipment pipelines,replace corrosion damaged parts timely and make some technical optimization.A overhaul project contains a variety of jobs,so it has characteristics of "short time,task complicated,work varied and high risk".So it is worth studying how to improve safety management of a overhaul project.This paper is on the basis of sorting,learning lessons from predecessors on the petrochemical industry and safety management of inspection and maintenance.It regards the overhaul project of J Company’s oil filling device as an object of study This paper introduces the basic information about the geographical location,installation composition,personnel composition,process flow and other aspects.Through the study and analysis of the company’s safety management we found the deep reasons about it,then put forward the solution through building the cube model of overhaul project safety management,and propose detailed design of the cube model which consists of two layers,four pillars and four facades.Finally,this paper introduced safeguard measures from the organizational structure,system construction and so on.Through this study,we can improve the level of overhaul project’s safety management,ensure the safety of oil filling equipment overhaul project,produce qualified products,achieve good economic and social benefits,and has a certain reference for the safety of other similar equipment overhaul management. |
